Dean of the college, Dr. Hussein  Oda Alnoor stated that this seminar aims at discussing the possibility of adopting online learning starting from the present academic year in collaboration with the above mentioned centre. He added that special programmes will be  used to video-tape and upload lectures.Furthermore, the dean noted , "the importance of this seminar is due ti its being the first practical step  by University of Basrah to adopt online learning"                                                              . Worth-mentioning is that College of Education for Human Sciences has held many seminars and workshops in this domain.
