Peace, mercy and blessings of God .....
          There has often been talk about the importance of science and education, especially in the human sciences, those sciences that are concerned with man and his culture and the ability of the human soul to express itself, and it represents one of the methods that man used to understand the world around him, so he used literature, philosophy, religion, art, and music, history, and language.
         Based on that, we can say that the human sciences are the ones that were and still are the force that controls the fate of nations and peoples, including the peace and stability they enjoy, or the destruction and terror that befall them, because both of them stem from a nervous and linguistic programming of the human mind. In a language directed to the mind of the nation, so it believes in it and turns it into behavior, and this is the case when we want to build a sound intellectual society capable of building and giving, then we need education.
         All of us are not afraid of the magnitude of the challenges we face in order to continue teaching and learning, but our experience in the past year has proven our ability to continue this path.
   Today we stand proud of you all for the success you have achieved despite the lack of capabilities and overcrowding of priorities, and we urge all of you to cross the future of our dear country to safety... May God protect you all and direct your steps
